Where Our Limo Service Runs
Our home base is Breckenridge, and most of our limo work happens in Summit, Eagle and Pitkin Counties. That means Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and the Lake Dillon towns of Dillon, Frisco and Silverthorne; Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon and Edwards in the Vail Valley; and Aspen and Snowmass Village in the Roaring Fork Valley. We also drive the full length of I-70 between the mountains and Denver, which is how most of our airport transfers and Red Rocks runs happen.
Within each town, we know the places a limo actually needs to reach. In Breckenridge that is Main Street and the Historic District, the Peak 8 base at the top of the BreckConnect gondola, the Peak 9 base at the bottom of Park Avenue, and lodging such as One Ski Hill Place, Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Beaver Run. In Vail it is the loading zones and hotel porte-cocheres that serve the pedestrian villages, including the Four Seasons, Sonnenalp, The Arrabelle, Hotel Talisa and The Sebastian. In Aspen it is the core around The Little Nell, Hotel Jerome, the St. Regis and the W Aspen, plus West End residences and the Aspen Highlands base. In Snowmass Village we serve Base Village, the Snowmass Mall, and the Viceroy, Limelight Snowmass and Westin Snowmass.
Outside the resort towns, we regularly drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre near Morrison, Devil’s Thumb Ranch near Tabernash, Camp Hale near Leadville, and downtown Denver for dinners, games and shows. If a destination is on a paved road in Colorado, ask; the answer is usually yes.
How a Black Car Limo Service Works
A black car limo service is private and prearranged. You book a vehicle and a chauffeur for a specific time and set of stops, and that vehicle is yours for the booking. There is no shared manifest, no waiting for other passengers, and no app matching you to whoever happens to be nearby.
Booking starts at the Book Now form or a phone call. Tell us the date, the pickup time and address, the destinations, the number of passengers, the luggage or gear, and whether you need child seats. That information is how we assign the right vehicle. Five adults with ski bags is a Suburban or Escalade with the rooftop carrier; a bachelor party of twelve is the Executive Sprinter; an anniversary dinner in Aspen may call for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
Before the trip, you receive a confirmation with your chauffeur’s details. For airport pickups we track the flight, so a delayed arrival adjusts the pickup without a call from you. For evening work, the chauffeur is positioned ahead of the pickup time and stays with the group for the length of the booking. Multi-stop evenings are simple: dinner, then a bar, then back to the condo, with the same chauffeur and the same vehicle at every stop. Wi-Fi and bottled water are in every vehicle, and the chauffeur loads and unloads the luggage.
Nights Out, Concerts and Events
Evening work is where a mountain limo service earns its keep. Parking in Breckenridge, Vail Village and downtown Aspen is scarce in winter, the roads between towns are dark and often icy, and nobody in the group wants to be the designated driver on Vail Pass at midnight.
Typical evening bookings include:
- Dinners and apres-ski: a Breckenridge group heading to Keystone for dinner and back, a Vail group spending the evening in Beaver Creek, or an Aspen group returning from Snowmass Village after the last run.
- Bachelor and bachelorette weekends: the Executive Sprinter holds thirteen, so the whole party rides together from the rental house to dinner, to the bars on Main Street, and home again, with the chauffeur waiting between stops.
- Concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheatre: we pick up in the mountains, drive I-70 to Morrison, wait through the show, and bring the group back the same night. Red Rocks concert season fills quickly, so book the ride when you buy the tickets.
- Festival and event weekends: Aspen’s Food & Wine Classic and the X Games at Buttermilk, Vail’s Burton US Open and GoPro Mountain Games, Breckenridge’s International Snow Sculpture Championships and Ullr Fest, and Keystone’s Wine & Jazz Festival all bring crowds, closures in the village cores and long waits for rideshare. A prearranged vehicle with a fixed pickup point removes the guesswork.
- Wedding weekends: rehearsal dinners, guest movements between lodging and the venue, and late-night returns from Ten Mile Station, Piney River Ranch, Beano’s Cabin or T-Lazy-7 Ranch.
Hourly as-directed service fits most of these. The chauffeur stays with you, and the plan can change mid-evening.
Airport and Resort Limo Transfers
Airport transfers are the everyday work of a mountain limousine service, and they are the trips where a private car differs most from the alternatives. From Denver International the drive is about 1 hour 50 minutes to Breckenridge, about 2 hours to Vail and about 4 hours to Aspen in good conditions; in winter and on holiday weekends, add an hour or more. From Eagle County Regional, Vail is about 40 minutes and Beaver Creek about 30. From Aspen/Pitkin County, the Aspen core is about 10 minutes and Snowmass Village about 15.
At DIA, prearranged car service pickup is on Level 5, Island 2 of Jeppesen Terminal. Collect your bags, exit Door 511 on the east side or Door 506 on the west, and cross to Island 2. Drivers cannot idle at the curb, so the vehicle is released from the holding lot when you text us and arrives within a few minutes. Inside-terminal meet-and-greet at baggage claim is available on request. At EGE the chauffeur meets you inside at baggage claim or at the ground transportation lot outside Door 6. At ASE, pickups are in the Ground Transportation Circle outside baggage claim. ASE is closed to all flights from April 4 to November 19, 2027, for runway and terminal construction; during that period we route Aspen travelers through EGE or DIA.
Private aviation is a large part of our airport work. We meet aircraft at the Vail Valley Jet Center at EGE, Atlantic Aviation at ASE, Signature at DIA, Centennial (APA) and Rocky Mountain Metropolitan (BJC). Each airport leg has its own detailed page; see the links at the bottom.
Vehicles for Limo Service

- 2025 Cadillac Escalade: up to five passengers, AWD, winter tires, rooftop ski carrier. The default choice for couples and small groups who want the full luxury cabin.
- 2026 Chevrolet Suburban: up to five passengers, 4WD, winter tires, rooftop ski carrier and generous luggage space. The workhorse for airport transfers with bags.
- 2025 Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter: up to thirteen passengers, with skis and boards carried inside. This is the vehicle for bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding parties, corporate groups and any night out where the whole crowd rides together.
- 2025 Ford Transit: up to fourteen passengers, gear inside. The practical option for larger groups and luggage-heavy arrivals.
- Rolls-Royce Cullinan: ultra-luxury, by request. For the anniversary dinner, the proposal, or the client who wants our most refined cabin.
Every vehicle has Wi-Fi and bottled water, and every one is driven by a chauffeur who lives in the mountains and drives these roads year-round. Child seats are available on request; tell us ages when you book. Passenger counts are the vehicle limits, and luggage and ski gear take space, so please give us an accurate count of people, bags and skis so the right vehicle is assigned.
Timing Your Evening
A good evening starts with realistic drive times. Between neighboring resorts the numbers are short: Breckenridge to Keystone is about 20 minutes over Swan Mountain Road, Breckenridge to Copper Mountain about 25, Vail to Beaver Creek about 15, Aspen to Snowmass Village about 15. Breckenridge to Vail is about 50 minutes over Vail Pass, and Vail Pass closes several times each winter, so an evening that crosses it needs a weather check and a little margin.
Red Rocks is a longer commitment. From Breckenridge or Vail, plan on two hours or more each way in summer traffic, and remember that thousands of cars leave the amphitheater at once when the show ends. We stage the vehicle before the encore so the group is on the road quickly.
For hourly bookings, we recommend adding a buffer of about thirty minutes beyond your best guess of when the night ends. Dinner runs long, the band plays a second encore, someone wants one more stop. The chauffeur stays with you for the length of the booking, and extending is usually possible if you let us know early in the evening. Late-night returns are our normal work; we operate around the clock.
Why an SUV or Sprinter Beats a Stretch Limousine in the Mountains
Stretch limousines are built for flat city streets. They sit low, they are long, and most are rear-wheel drive with highway tires. That combination is a problem on the roads our clients actually travel.
Consider the drive from Denver to Breckenridge: I-70 climbs Floyd Hill, passes through the Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnel at 11,158 feet on the Continental Divide, then drops to Frisco before Highway 9 runs the last ten miles into town. From September 1 to May 31 the Colorado Traction Law is in force on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero, requiring AWD or 4WD with adequate winter, all-weather or M+S tread, or chains. Our Escalade, Suburban and Sprinters meet it every day of the season. A stretch car typically does not.
Then there are the destinations. Resort driveways in Beaver Creek and Snowmass are steep and often snow-packed. Vail Village and Lionshead are pedestrian areas with tight loading zones. Breckenridge condos on Peak 7 and Peak 9 sit on narrow roads with hairpin turns. A long, low car cannot make those turns or clear those grades, which means guests end up walking the last stretch in the snow.
A luxury SUV or the Executive Sprinter delivers the same chauffeured experience, a quiet cabin, leather seating, Wi-Fi and a professional at the wheel, while getting to the actual front door.
