All rates provided are an all inclusive flat rate that includes gratuity
-After submitting a quoted reservation request, your ride and payment will automatically be confirmed and processed after determining availability
-If you are requesting a quote, you will not be charged until you agree upon the quoted price
-If your reservation has been confirmed, you may cancel the ride anytime for a 10% cancellation fee 24 hours beyond the reservation
-No refunds will be issued if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation
