Based in Breckenridge. Founded by a former Colorado State Trooper.

Summit Black Car is a private chauffeur service for the Colorado mountains. Andrew Siegel founded the company after a career as a Colorado State Trooper and executive protection professional, and built it around the drive that every mountain visitor faces: the airport to the resort, in winter, over the passes. We serve Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen and Snowmass from Denver International, Eagle County and Aspen airports, and we run 24 hours a day, every day.

Our History

Before Summit Black Car, our founder spent his career as a Colorado State Trooper and in executive protection, work that comes down to dependability, discretion and driving.

Dignitary protection, mountain operations and high-level client service taught the habits this company runs on: plan the route, check the conditions, arrive early, and handle the details so the client never has to. When the demand for transportation between the airports and the ski resorts kept growing, those skills fit the need, and Summit Black Car was founded to fill it.

We chauffeur executives, families and high-profile travelers across the Colorado mountains.

Airport transfers from DIA, Eagle and Aspen, ski resort transportation, corporate travel, weddings, private jet and FBO pickups, and executive protection transportation. Our chauffeurs live in the towns we drive and come from law enforcement, military and professional driving backgrounds.

The fleet is late-model and built for the roads: the 2025 Cadillac Escalade, 2026 Chevrolet Suburban, 2025 Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter, 2025 Ford Transit and, by request, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. All of our SUVs and vans run AWD or 4WD on winter tires.

As the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Summit Black Car, Matt Madore brings a distinguished background in military service and civilian roles supporting national defense initiatives. With over a decade of dedicated service to the United States Army, Matt’s career spans a variety of roles in specialized units focused on reconnaissance, assessment, and exploitation of weapons of mass destruction. His expertise and leadership abilities were further demonstrated as a senior enlisted advisor to the Chemical Weapons of Mass Destruction Branch Chief, where he played a critical role in ensuring national security.

Matt’s extensive military career includes deployments in support of the war on terror and retirement from the Army with numerous accolades. Following his military service, Matt continued to serve the Department of Defense and the United States as a civilian employee of Lockheed Martin. In this capacity, he contributed to vital defense programs as a senior Systems Engineer, Training Developer, Technical Writer, and Proposals Development specialist, further showcasing his dedication to national defense and excellence in his field.

In his role as COO of Summit Black Car, Matt leverages his leadership experience, strategic vision, and dedication to excellence to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. If I-70 closes, your chauffeur already knows the alternate and makes the call with live CDOT information.
