RESERVATIONS

•  After submitting a quoted reservation request, your ride and payment will automatically be confirmed and processed after determining availability
• If you are requesting a quote, you will not be charged until you agree upon the quoted price

CANCELLATIONs

• If your reservation has been confirmed, you may cancel the ride anytime for a 10% cancellation fee 24 hours beyond the reservation
• No refunds will be issued if canceled within 24 hours of the reservation
